Where we ship
We deliver to France, to the European Union, and to a selection of countries outside it (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Israel).
Rates
Shipping is free, everywhere, with no minimum spend. France, the European Union and the rest of the world alike — no delivery charge is added at checkout.
Delivery times
Your order arrives within 5 to 8 days of being placed, whatever the destination.
This is an indicative time, not a guarantee. Under Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we deliver at the latest 30 days after the order unless another date is agreed.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs duties
Free shipping covers the delivery charge only. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes remain payable by the recipient and are not included in the price shown. Amounts vary by country and are set by the local authorities.
A parcel that does not arrive
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier, and re-ship or refund according to the outcome.
Risk passes to you when the parcel is physically handed over. Until then, any loss or damage in transit is our responsibility (Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code).
