Right of withdrawal — 14 days
Under Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the day you, or a third party you designate, physically receive your order to withdraw from the purchase. You do not have to give a reason and you pay no penalty.
To exercise this right, contact us through our contact page before the 14 days are up, stating your order number. A clear statement is enough; no particular form is required.
Sending the items back
Once you have told us you are withdrawing, you have a further 14 days to return the items. They must come back unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Try shoes on indoors, on a clean surface: a sole showing outdoor wear cannot be accepted.
Return postage is at your expense, except where the item is faulty or does not match its description — then we cover it.
For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method you used to order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. Since delivery is free, the refund is the full price you paid for the items.
Exchanges
For a change of size, the quickest route is to return the pair for a refund and place a new order straight away, so that your size is secured.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We arrange the return at our expense and replace or refund the item.
These provisions come in addition to, and do not replace, the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
