Terms of sale

Last updated: 15 September 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of goods offered on this site by Lila Boukli Hacene, sole trader, registered office 7 rue Max Gaimar, 13008 Marseille, France, SIRET 941 225 492 00011, trading as Tabi Yubi, to any consumer buyer. Placing an order means accepting them in full.

2. Products

Products are described and shown as accurately as possible. Photographs are illustrative and may differ slightly from the item delivered, particularly in colour rendering, which depends on your screen. Such differences do not make the item non-conforming.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping is free to every destination, with no minimum spend, so no delivery charge is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed when the order is placed. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes remain payable by the recipient.

4. Orders

You select your items, check your basket, enter your delivery and billing details, choose a shipping method and confirm payment. Confirming the order creates a binding obligation to pay. A confirmation e-mail is sent once the order is registered; the sale is formed on that confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a dispute over a previous order, a manifest pricing error, or reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full when the order is placed, by the means offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment provider; we never have access to your card details.

6. Delivery

Terms and times are set out in our shipping page. Orders arrive within 5 to 8 days. Unless another date is agreed, delivery takes place at the latest 30 days after the order.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, under the conditions set out in our returns and refunds page.

8. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), independently of any commercial guarantee. Under the guarantee of conformity, you have two years from delivery and may choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions of Article L217-12.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in our privacy policy. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection, which you may exercise through our contact page.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — texts, photographs, logo, graphic design — is protected. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Complaints

Any complaint should first be sent through our contact page. You may also use the European Union online dispute resolution platform.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
